Lid and sleeve compatibility

Choose regular mouth Mason jar lids. Our regular mouth 8 oz silicone sleeves can cover the lower portion of this 12 oz jar. They do not cover the full jar and fit less closely than on Ball or Kerr half pint jars; see the product photos for the fit.

Lids, bands, sleeves, and other accessories are sold separately. Choose accessories for both the jar's mouth size and capacity.

For canning: Use appropriate canning lids and bands, and follow a tested recipe and processing method suitable for this jar size.
