Most sprouting lids are either fragile plastic, or they rust. Our lids are made of heavy duty stainless steel mesh, which will not break or rust.

Also great for straining or sifting out of Mason jars!

Wide Mouth is one integrated lid, and Regular Mouth is an insert + band.

Regular mouth bulk is 1 band and one mesh insert per order. Wide mouth bulk is 1 lid per order. Wide Mouth 3 pack box is 3 lids per box. Jar not included.

I wanted two parts , but it came in one whole unit. If you have many mason jar items . You be glad this is all in one. It is easy to find and use. I am glad Mason jar made the the choice all in one unit.

Maybe magical?

I was tired of our cheaper sprout lids rusting, so heads up on that being a problem if you think saving money is the decider in getting lids from Bezos. I came across these searching for 'rust-proof' and I've only used them once to grow sprouts but I'll be darned if they didn't seem to grow way faster than before. I'm not sure if I'm imaging this or what, but it's the same bag of seeds I've been sprouting from for several weeks. I appreciate that these Curved Rust Proof Sprouting Lids are one piece, making them super easy to toss in the dishwasher to clean and sanitize. I'm excited to see how they work out over time and if I have any updates I'll return!
