Just following on my past review where I highlight that the pump works well however the threads on the black metal cap do not secure the pump well.
The company reached out promptly, after my review and offered a replacement piece of a different color while acknowledging that the black jars are prone to this issue. I have since received the replacement piece and the pump affixes to it perfectly without ever detaching. I appreciate the transparency, response, and resolution. It’s refreshing.
