Product Description
Our pitcher lids are almost as versatile as Mason jars themselves, making them a must-have upgrade for your kitchen, pantry, and beyond.
Durable & Safe Materials
Made from high-quality polypropylene plastic that is BPA-free and paired with a secure silicone seal. These lids are microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe for everyday convenience.
V2 Pitcher Lid Improvements
We took customer feedback from V1 and redesigned our lids to create the best possible version:
- Improved threading for a more reliable fit across a wide variety of Mason jars
- Compatible with our thicker, platinum-cured LFGB silicone sealing rings that resist bunching, are easier to clean, harder to lose, and work with many other lid types
- Higher-quality molding for a flip cap that opens and closes easily, stays back while pouring, and remains reliably leakproof
- Crafted from the highest quality polypropylene plastic available
- Wide Mouth lids are stronger and feature a larger handle
- Added a carry loop to the Regular Mouth lids
- Updated design includes our logo
- Improved color matching with our silicone sleeves
Important Fit Note
Some 64oz half-gallon Ball jars have slightly smaller threading than standard wide mouth Mason jars. On these jars, the Wide Mouth V2 lid may slip when tightened. If the lid can be over-tightened until it pops off, do not lift or carry the jar by the lid.
This issue has been corrected in our newest batch. All 3-packs and bulk Deep Blue lids are from the updated batch.
Size Recommendations
- Regular Mouth: Best for Pint or Quart jars
- Wide Mouth: Best for Quart or Half-Gallon jars and may feel oversized on Pint jars
Endlessly Useful
- Making salad dressing - Perfect for making and dispensing home made dressings and sauces. I even use one for gravy.
- Drinking lids - With or without a straw, these work great for almost any beverage.
- Dispenser lids - We keep seeds and nuts in jars, and they would work for lots of other pantry products. I use a lot of seeds in my morning smoothies, and I always keep a quart jar filled with mixed flax, chia, sesame, poppy, and hemp seeds.
- Pouring lids - We always have a few half gallon jars of juice, kombucha, tea, or iced coffee in our fridge. Without a pitcher lid they dribble a little when I pour out of them, but now they pour cleanly and there is no lid to set down while I am holding my glass and the jar.
- Store cooking liquids - Keep your oils, vinegars, liquid aminos, and other cooking sauces neatly organized in Mason jars. Air tight storage and clean pouring.
- Protein shake lids - Makes a perfect protein shaker cup.
- Pet treats - Our cats can't chew through a glass jar.
Upgrade your Mason jars with a lid designed for real life that is durable, and leakproof.
